Kid's Program

Kids Program We have developed a special program to provide your child with rewarding benefits. Our program will help your child develop coordination and balance, overcoming any awkwardness or imbalance during the growth years, while building confidence in many areas. Respect, self-discipline and courtesy are emphasized throughout the program. We help kids learn to focus. We at Ash's Karate try to incorporate home, school and karate by implementing "Job Lists" in which parents oversee the child's responsibilities on checklists and sign them before turning them in to an instructor in exchange for "karate dollars" in which karate items may be purchased by the student. We offer karate summer camps and team competition. Our kids' program is structured yet fun! Our classes consist of the "Lil' Dragons", ages 4 to 6, Kids Beginners, ages 7 to 12, and Kids Intermediate/Advanced, ages 7 to 12.

Ash's Karate's program will help your child develop the ability to stand up to peer pressure and other intimidating situations. Ash's Karate is very careful to teach our students common sense before self-defense, never to be abusive or offensive, and that there is no first strike in karate. The result is a self-confident child who does not need to compromise his/her correct choices, be a bully, or show off to others.

We also incorporate good, clean fun for kids and a great way to burn off energy. We at Ash's Karate firmly believe in the values of our karate program and its life-long benefits.
